Transaction management, project coordination
LARS project supervised the transaction of the project development of the office complex "Eventes Business Garden" in Espoo, Finland, which was pre-let to 100 %. The building belongs to the new headquarter of the stock-listed company "Outotec Oy", which is active in the area of technology, machine and equipment construction worldwide.
The project was bought in a forward-funding structure by Union Investment Real Estate for their open real estate fund "UniImmo Deutschland" for approx. Mill. 62,3.
The seller of the single tenant building which comprises approx. 14,150 sqm rental area is the Finnish developer Peab Oy.
A sustainability certificate for the building according to the US-American LEED standard in the "Gold" class is strived for.
The project is located in Espoo-West, some 12 kilometers west from Helsinki. The office locality "Matinkylä" is marked by "Iso Omena", the fourth biggest shopping centre in Finland, which can be easily reached by foot from “Eventes Business Garden”.
Next to the center there will be the underground station Matinkylä, opening in 2017, which will further enhance the attractiveness of the locality.
Subsequently to the transaction mediation, LARS project was commissioned with the project coordination.
