LARS project developed in cooperation with the Hartela construction company the “Bolero Business Park" with 21,000 sqm net floor area in Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki.
Subsequently LARS project was commissioned with the marketing and the sale of the object, which was sold in 2004 as the first Finnish investment to a German capital investment company.
