Zoning plan, development, establishment of public infrastructure, partitioning as conversion area for sales to property developers
This project demonstrates LARS project’s capabilities on drawing up integrated concepts involving all planning and utilization disciplines. The value of the conversion areas was increased, bringing them in line with the surrounding urban environment.
This was achieved by establishing a cost backed-up concept functioning as basis for further property development planning and transaction preparation to public and private investors.
With the creation of an integrated development concept and zoning plans, the site was transformed into the city’s most important conversion area and is now firmly established in the urban structure as a mid- to high-end residential and commercial district.
